Today, from our factory in England, we manufacture around 1 million discs each year and catalogue approaching 400 different references. United Brake has been approved by the Office of German Transportation under their approval number KBA 60935. This follows extensive laboratory and race-track testing of the Brake Discs by the German TUV. All Brake Discs are manufactured in England from castings conforming to European standard GH190 The chemical composition of the castings provide a high co-efficient of braking whilst promoting excellent heat transfer and long life. United Brake manufactures all of its Brake Discs on the most modern CNC (computer numerically controlled) machinery available in the world, including Okuma Howa from Japan. This enables Brake Discs to be machined with total precision.
